We use these to respond to your request, assess relevant opportunities and discuss potential bookings or partnerships. Do not send identity documents, payment information or confidential recordings. Legal bases

Where you request a potential contract, we process information to take steps at your request before entering a contract. Other business enquiries and proportionate abuse prevention rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. We do not use enquiry details for marketing without a separate lawful basis and any required consent. A talent introduction does not transfer rights or establish representation.

Providers and international processing

Cloudflare hosts the site and checks requests for abuse using Turnstile, which processes device, browser and network information. Microsoft 365 handles enquiry emails. These providers may process information outside Nigeria. Before activation, the company must confirm applicable provider terms, locations and an appropriate lawful mechanism for international transfers. We do not sell enquiry data.

Retention and security

Proposed schedule, requiring company approval: delete unsuccessful enquiries within 12 months of the last meaningful contact; delete transient abuse records within 30 days. Contract-related records follow a separately documented legal and business retention schedule. Mailbox copies, sent items and backups must be included in deletion procedures. Access should be limited to authorised staff. Transport uses HTTPS; no website database or attachment storage is used for enquiries.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable Nigerian law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to relevant processing, and withdraw consent where it applies. Contact the company using the address above. We will verify requests proportionately. You can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. Mandatory fields are needed to assess your request; you may choose not to submit.

Children and updates
